Dodie dela Cruz is the Head of Asset Operations of Berde Renewables, Inc. He leads the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality, Engineering and Design, Project Management and Construction, and Operation and Maintenance departments. He is a Registered Electrical Engineer with extensive energy industry experience in the past 31 years in the fields of electric utility operations and in solar and battery energy storage systems. Dodie holds advanced degrees in Engineering at Mapua Institute of Technology and De La Salle University and a Master of Business Administration degree at the University of the Philippines. He attended Stanford University LEAD executive leadership program in 2024.

Engr. Mark Lawrence Empeo is a Registered Electrical Engineer with 10 years of working experience in the EPC and Energy industry focused on project execution for large scale commercial, industrial and electromechanical projects and project management for Renewable Energy for C&I Industry. Currently he is one of the Project Manager under the Project Management and Construction Department of Berde Renewables who manages the Solar Rooftop project for C&I Industry. Mark holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and is a licensed professional under the Professional Regulation Commission. 

Engr. Joana Marie Bueno-Coronel is a registered electrical engineer with over a decade of experience in the solar industry, including roles in EPC, development, and consulting, as well as Telecom's power systems. As the head of the Engineering Department at Berde Renewables Inc., she oversees all aspects from conceptual design and feasibility studies to detailed engineering design and quality assurance. Joana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University and became a licensed electrical engineer in 2012. She further enhanced her expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Miriam College in 2022. Her extensive background combines technical acumen with strategic insight, driving successful project outcomes and innovation in her field.

"Engr. Jeri May L. Nares is a Senior PV Design Engineer at Berde Renewables Inc. with over 8 years of experience in the solar industry. She has a diverse background from design and project management of C&I rooftop solar projects as well as leading the operations and maintenance of a 23MWp utility-scale PV plant. At Berde Renewables, Jeri leads the design of projects under Pre-Development section and supervises design engineers ensuring effecient and reliable solar pv system design.
She is a Registered Electrical Engineer and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University - Mid La Union Campus, San Fernando City, La Union."

Engr. Junno Rodrigo Reyes is an Electrical Engineer with 12 years of extensive experience in the energy sector. Specialized in power plant operations, with a strong background in designing, developing, and installing off-grid micro-grid systems, encompassing everything from generation to transmission. Additionally, experienced in the design and installation of PV solar systems across residential, commercial, and industrial applications.

Engr. Darl Joshua L. Ramos, Operations and Maintenance Manager at Berde Renewables Inc., leads the O&M Department in monitoring solar PV systems, preparing performance reports, and ensuring seamless operations. He stays updated with industry regulations, identifies innovative maintenance technologies, and drives continuous improvement. A Registered Electrical Engineer and Master Electrician, Darl has over 8 years of experience in Operations and Maintenance, including high voltage substations and Solar PV C&I Projects.

Atty. Tina Andrea V. Amador is a corporate lawyer highly experienced in legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance work in the fields of energy and public utilities. Prior to her role in Berde, she worked as a junior associate in the Corporate and Special Projects Department of a top law firm in the Philippines and as General Counsel and Head of Legal & Compliance of the renewable energy arm of MERALCO, the largest electric distribution utility in the Philippines. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Law, she holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Energy and Climate Change Law, with First Class Honors, from Queen Mary University of London, which she attended as a recipient of the UK government’s Chevening scholarship. She is a legal fellow of the International Lawyers Project and a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators.

More than 18 years of Permits and Compliance experience from various industries prior to joining Berde. Compliance Officer of MSpectrum, Inc. a Meralco Subsidiary, Senior Compliance Officer of Melekon Contratctors Inc.- Renewable projects contractor. Regulatory and compliance role at Agusan Power Corporation, Montalban Methane Power Corp. and Bacavalley Energy Inc. Started my career at Kabayn Financing Corporation and National Transmission Corporation as Credit Consultant and Senior Security Officer respectively. Graduated on 2001 at Panpacific University of North Philippines(formerly PCST) with the degree of Bachelor of Science in Criminology and passed the Licensure Examination for Criminologist on the same year.

Philip Roxas is the Commercial Director of Berde Renewables, Inc. He has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, with over a decade spent in the energy business. He has successfully delivered more than 200 projects in the construction of electrical facilities and energy efficiency for top real estate developers, commercial, industrial, and hyper-scaler markets. Throughout his career, he was instrumental in introducing value-engineering initiatives that help customers optimize electrical facilities leading to improved utilization rate and reduced capital expenditure.

Christian Clementa has 5+ years of investment and financial modeling experience. He has worked in KPMG and Aboitiz InfraCap in the past.

Anarica Mejia has 12 years of experience working in the procurement department in the engineering, procurement and construction field. She has in-depth knowledge of the procurement standards and procedures. She excels in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services. She is responsible in identifying and selecting suppliers who can provide high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions that align with the company's goals and for the successful implementation of the renewable energy projects.

Angelo is the HR Manager of Berde Renewables, Inc. He has over 15 years of experience from various industries prior joining Berde. He was the HR Operations and Recruitment Manager of Radiowealth Finance Company, Inc.; and was also the Recruitment and Communications Manager of Datem Incorporated. He also held HR Manager roles in FMCG and Oil & Gas Industries. Angelo specializes in OD, Employment and Compliance regulatory, Policy Development, Documentation and Implementation, Employee Relations and Industrial Relations, HR Planning and Strategy, Change Implementation and Recruiting and Staffing. He received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Human Development.
